The students’ spiritual growth is of primary concern to the Administration and faculty. Daily personal devotions are encouraged, and devotional groups meet at the end of each day in all student residences. Voluntary mission prayer groups are also held.

PCC places great emphasis on evangelism, not only locally, but around the world. Many students that were once active in Mission Prayer Band are now missionaries across the globe.
MPB meets each Monday and Thursday evening to hear reports and challenging testimonies from missionaries and student missionary trips, as well as to pray for the needs of those who have given their lives to winning the lost.
As instructed in Acts 1:8 "...and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judæa, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth." The purpose of Mission Prayer Band is so that students will better know how to pray for missionaries around the world and to provide them with mission opportunities to serve as the Lord directs them.
